Quick actions:
Send this week's availability
This is your current sellable stock — your ready crops. Tweak any
quantity, cost, or note inline, then hit Send to publish it as this week's
availability to the procurer and buyers.
Your nursery details
Keep these current — your minimum order drives readiness, and your
email is where pull notices go. To move your location, enter a ZIP.
Supplier questionnaire ▸
Help buyers source from you — availability cadence, delivery & freight, pickups, pricing, payment, and contract growing.
Delivery trucks
Interior box L × W × H (in feet) and how many of each — this sets your loading gauge so buyers know what fits on a truck.
Accounting (QuickBooks)
Connect QuickBooks Online to sync your books both ways: paid sales push out as sales receipts, and customers + items pull in.

Price tiers
Set the markup (%) applied to your base price for each customer tier. A customer's tier (Retail / Trade / VIP) picks which markup applies to their quotes.
Crops & Production
Upload your plant list — each row becomes a crop. Set each plant's
state in its row; Ready plants automatically feed your live availability.
Drag & drop your plant list here, or browse
CSV, Excel, PDF, Word, or text — each row becomes a crop with all its attributes.
Upload an order/wishlist — we'll match it against your available stock and fill the cart.
Pull / Dig Sheets
Build one master pull sheet across your ready crops so your crew walks
the property once. Confirm it and your counts & availability update automatically.
Orders & Invoices
Orders the procurer sent you. Generate an invoice from any order — the
procurer sees it and marks it paid. Track status from invoiced to paid.
Buyer Reservations
Buyers reserved these plants from your availability — the stock is
already set aside. Confirm to accept, or Decline to return the plants
to your availability. The buyer is notified either way.
Grow Requests
The procurer (or their customers) asked for plants you grow but don't
have available right now. Accept to drop a planned crop onto your board, or decline.
Project Bids
The procurer invited you to bid on a customer's project. Enter what you can
supply and your price for each plant, then hit Send bid before the deadline.
Shared Trucks
Heading out with room to spare? Post your trip and let nearby growers
put a small order on your truck for a fee. Or, find a truck already going your way and
hitch a ride — you pay a small fee based on the mileage to your jobsite.

Task Board
Your team's Scrum board. Drag a task across Backlog → To Do →
In Progress → Verify → Done, or use the button on each card. When an assignee
finishes, their task lands in Verify for you to approve. Some tasks appear
automatically when something needs attention (a ready crop with no availability, a
missing SKU, or a staged batch that's due).
Customers
Your customer book, built from your invoices. Sort by name, spend, growth,
or outstanding balance. Click a row to edit contact details, tier, markup, and notes.
Shipping & Pick-up
Orders you've pulled and staged show up here, ready to ship or be picked up.
Set a status and ETA as they move — the procurer is notified automatically.
Purchase orders
POs issued to you when a customer accepts a quote. Acknowledge to confirm
you'll fulfill it, then mark it fulfilled once it's pulled and staged.
New Order
Build an order for a customer — their tier upcharge is applied automatically.
Add products and quantities, then create the order. It's saved and feeds the procurement side.
